Polypropylene (PP) is widely used in FDM 3D printing for its toughness, chemical resistance, and fatigue durability. However, its non-polar surface and high shrinkage rate make reliable bed adhesion extremely difficult. Magigoo Glide PP is a professional-grade adhesive specifically developed to solve PP adhesion issues by creating a strong chemical bond at elevated temperatures, keeping prints firmly anchored throughout the entire print process.

Dedicated Bed Adhesion for PP and PP Composites

This Pro Series adhesive is formulated exclusively for polypropylene filaments, including reinforced PP composites. It is ideal for printing functional parts such as hinges, clips, enclosures, and industrial prototypes. Magigoo Glide PP counteracts warping and lifting, ensuring flat, dimensionally accurate prints even on large build plates.

Fast and Uniform Application for Large Build Plates

The 250 ml high-capacity bottle is designed for high-volume printing environments and optimized for use with the Magigoo Glide Roller (sold separately). This system allows quick, even application of a thin adhesive layer across large print surfaces, reducing preparation time and improving workflow efficiency in print farms and industrial settings.

Easy Print Removal After Cooling

Despite its strong adhesion at high temperatures, Magigoo Glide PP releases cleanly once the build plate cools below approximately 40°C. At this point, adhesion weakens significantly, allowing printed parts to detach easily without tools. This protects both the printed object and the build surface, simplifying post-processing.

Water-Based, Safe, and Easy to Clean

Magigoo Glide PP features a water-based, odorless, and non-toxic formula. It can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth, making routine maintenance simple and keeping the printing environment safe and clean. This makes it suitable for professional, industrial, and workshop 3D printing applications.
