Description
PrimaCreator FlexPlate – Powder Coated PEI for A1 Mini
The PrimaCreator FlexPlate is the upgrade your 3D printer deserves. With its powder-coated PEI surface, it offers excellent adhesion, durability, and easy handling. After printing, simply flex the plate to remove your model and continue with your next project.
PEI Coated Surface
The PEI Ultem (Polyetherimide) surface is reusable and low-maintenance. It works with ABS (heated bed) and PLA (hot or cold), and is compatible with materials like PETG, ABS+, Wood, Metal, and more. No glue or tape is required, making it convenient and hassle-free. Prints adhere directly to the surface, eliminating the need for support rafts.
How to Use
Attach the FlexPlate to the build surface with the PEI side facing up. The integrated magnets make alignment easy. For large or long prints, you can use the PrimaFix adhesive stick for extra adhesion. After printing, allow the plate to cool, gently bend it, and pop your model off effortlessly.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Before each print, wipe the PEI surface with 70–91% isopropyl alcohol to remove grease or residues and improve adhesion. After use, clean the plate with acetone, isopropyl alcohol, methyl alcohol, or soap to maintain optimal performance.
