The Longer Nano Pro 12 W combines a galvo system with a dual FAC 450 nm diode laser, achieving engraving speeds up to 5000 mm/s with 0.01 mm accuracy. This allows even micro-details and fine patterns to be engraved quickly without sacrificing sharpness. Its compact size (220 × 162 × 304.5 mm) and adjustable 0–360° angle make it suitable for both flat and 3D objects.

The galvanometer scanning system eliminates X/Y axis movement, reducing mechanical delays. At speeds up to 5000 mm/s, jobs are completed much faster than with traditional engravers while maintaining consistent quality for batch production.

Sharp details across the entire field

The F-theta lens ensures consistent focus across the entire working area, preventing edge distortion. With 0.01 × 0.01 mm accuracy and 3.3K resolution, even complex details and gradients are reproduced with high fidelity.

One device for multiple materials

The 12 W 450 nm diode laser enables both engraving and cutting, including wood up to 10 mm thick. It supports materials such as wood, acrylic, leather, fabric, metal, and ceramics, allowing versatile applications without changing equipment.

Engraving curved surfaces

The adjustable 0–360° head angle allows engraving on curved and cylindrical objects like cups, bottles, and irregular shapes, ensuring consistent and repeatable results.

Its lightweight and compact design makes it easy to transport between workshop, studio, or events. The standard 100 × 100 mm working area can be expanded to 100 × 300 mm with optional accessories. Height adjustment simplifies focusing on different material thicknesses.

Wi-Fi and USB connectivity, along with mobile app support, allow easy project management. Outline and contour preview up to 32,000 mm/s ensures accurate positioning without test runs. Supports formats like JPG, PNG, SVG, DXF, and G-code and works with Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS.

The aluminum alloy frame provides stability with low weight. A protective cover and safety glasses enhance user protection. LED indicators display operating status, while stable power supply and focus system enable long working sessions.
