FORMART S is designed to fit easily on a desk or workstation, measuring just 50 x 46 x 31 cm. Despite its small size, it provides a generous 260 x 168 mm forming area, making it ideal for a variety of projects.

The built-in industrial-grade AC induction pump delivers a powerful -90 kPa suction force, ensuring sharp and detailed moulds. The CNC wooden forming bed minimizes heat absorption, improving consistency and accuracy.

Smart Features for Better Results

A built-in preheating program enhances thermoforming quality, while the plastic sheet dehumidifying function prevents air bubble defects. The system also includes a material database with 17 preloaded plastic types and 5 customizable presets, making setup fast and simple.

Flexible and User-Friendly

FORMART S offers two operation modes: General Mode, with three smart modules for quick and easy use, and Expert Mode, which provides full control for experienced users. The quick-lock system allows you to lock the plastic sheet at any height with a simple turn of the handle.

Large and Adjustable Workspace

The FORMART SE offers one of the largest work areas available for a desktop vacuum former. With 470 x 270 mm of space, you can work on everything from small jewelry pieces to larger objects like lampshades. The size-switching function allows you to adjust the work area, helping to reduce material waste.

Easy and Efficient Operation

The patented quick-lock frame lets you secure the plastic sheet instantly by turning the handle. You can also stop the frame at any height, making it easy to load a new sheet without removing your formed object. This feature saves time and improves workflow.

Smart Suction Control

FORMART SE provides powerful suction but also lets you control the vacuum level. If you're new to vacuum forming, the three intelligent suction modes take care of the settings for you. Just press a button, and the machine handles the rest.

Fast Heating for Better Results

Equipped with an industrial-grade carbon fibre quartz heating tube, the FORMART SE heats up three times faster than many other vacuum formers. The even heat distribution ensures smooth and professional results.

Material Compatibility and Customisation

The built-in materials database supports a wide range of plastic sheets, including both MY YARD and third-party materials. You can also store up to five user presets, allowing you to save your preferred settings for different projects.

Automatic Dehumidification

Moisture in plastic sheets can cause air bubbles and imperfections. The FORMART SE features a built-in dehumidification function, ensuring clean and precise results every time.

The FORMART SE comes in two packages, with assembly instructions included. The first box contains the bottom unit, top frame, forming bed, and size-adjusting kit, while the second box includes the stainless tubes and top unit.
