The FreeScan UE Pro2 is equipped with an integrated wireless module that enables fast and completely cable-free data transmission. High Speed and Three Scanning Modes

With an acquisition speed of up to 3,460,000 points per second and 50 blue laser lines, the FreeScan UE Pro2 captures large amounts of data quickly and efficiently. The Fine Scan mode with 7 parallel laser lines is designed to capture complex geometries and fine details with high precision, while the Single Line mode is optimized for deep holes, slots, and hard-to-reach areas. This combination makes the scanner extremely versatile for a wide range of industrial applications.

Patented Video Photogrammetry (VPG)

The Video Photogrammetry (VPG) technology, patented by SHINING 3D, completely eliminates the need for coded targets during scanning. This significantly simplifies preparation and setup while ensuring high volumetric accuracy even when digitizing large objects.

With volumetric accuracy up to 0.02 mm + 0.015 mm/m using photogrammetry, the FreeScan UE Pro2 delivers accurate, repeatable, and traceable measurement results. SHINING 3D's calibration laboratory is CNAS accredited according to ISO 17025, and the system is certified in compliance with VDI/VDE 2634 and ISO 10360 standards.

Three Scanning Modes for Versatile Applications

The scanner offers three optimized modes to meet different industrial measurement requirements: high-speed scanning with 50 laser lines for large surfaces, detailed scanning with 7 parallel laser lines for high-resolution capture, and single-line laser scanning for deep cavities, holes, and difficult-to-access areas.

The patented binocular photogrammetry technology improves volumetric accuracy when scanning large objects without the need for coded photogrammetry targets. The FreeScan UE Pro2 achieves accuracy up to 0.02 mm and volumetric accuracy up to 0.02 mm + 0.015 mm/m. The scanner is certified according to VDI/VDE 2634 Part 3 and ISO 10360 standards by an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory, ensuring reliable and traceable measurement results.
