The Felfil EVO, Spooler+, and Shredder+ Bundle is a complete solution for plastic recycling and 3D printing filament production. Designed for makers, laboratories, universities, research centers, and businesses, this system transforms plastic waste and failed 3D prints into high-quality filament, providing an efficient, sustainable, and fully autonomous production process.

The bundle combines three perfectly integrated devices: the Felfil Shredder, which processes plastic waste into material ready for extrusion; the Felfil EVO filament extruder, which converts shredded plastic or pellets into 3D printing filament; and the Felfil Spooler+, which continuously monitors filament diameter while automatically winding it onto the spool, ensuring consistent quality and precision throughout the entire production process.

A Complete Recycling Ecosystem

Featuring Intellishred technology, the Felfil Shredder automates the shredding process by detecting potential jams and optimizing machine operation. The shredded material can be fed directly into the Felfil EVO to produce new filament, reducing waste and supporting a sustainable circular manufacturing workflow.

The system is compatible with a wide range of thermoplastic materials, including PLA, ABS, PETG, HIPS, PA (Nylon 6 and 12), PMMA, HDPE, LDPE, TPU, TPE, PVA, and many composite materials, providing maximum flexibility for producing custom filaments.

Professional Performance

Felfil EVO reaches a maximum extrusion temperature of 300°C and allows extrusion speed adjustment from 1 to 9 RPM, with an average production rate of approximately 100–150 grams of filament per hour, depending on the material being processed. A high-precision diameter sensor with 10-micron accuracy continuously monitors the filament, while interchangeable nozzles support both 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm filament production. The custom-designed steel extrusion screw features a tapered profile that improves material compression and ensures consistent filament quality.

The Felfil Shredder is equipped with twelve fully replaceable stainless steel blades featuring different cutting profiles, capable of shredding up to 4 kg of plastic per hour, depending on the material. Its 36 Nm worm gear motor delivers powerful performance while maintaining low energy consumption. An integrated safety system prevents the blades from operating when the top cover is open or the collection bin is not properly installed. The intuitive single-button interface makes operation simple and accessible, even for first-time users.
